Delete my data

You can request deletion of your data from Waypoint Thinking at any time. I handle each request personally and confirm the deletion back to you by email. Most requests are processed within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your intake answers and any Insights I delivered to you
• Your email address, first name, and order records from my system
• Records of any feedback you submitted on Insights

What is retained

• Anonymized pattern data (which structural frame applied, with no identifying details). This helps me improve how Waypoint Thinking works for everyone.
• Stripe payment records, retained per Stripe's own requirements. These are not under my direct control.
• Email delivery logs in my email provider, retained per their policies. I can request deletion of these on your behalf if you want.
